What types of services does MN Care Services provide?

We specialize in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) under the 245D waiver, including Residential Services (Community Residential Settings and Child Foster Care), Individualized Home Supports (IHS), and 24-Hour Emergency Assistance.

Yes, we provide care and residential support for individuals ranging from minors under 18 to adults. We tailor our approach to meet the specific developmental and behavioral needs of every age group we serve.

If you are an MA/Medicaid subscriber, a county social worker or financial worker will determine your eligibility. While we do not handle financial qualification directly, we can point you to the right county office. For private-paying clients, we will consult with you to agree on a mutually beneficial payment arrangement.

Being a 245D-licensed provider means we are regulated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide Home and Community-Based Services. It ensures we meet strict state standards for health, safety, and the protection of the rights of the individuals we serve.
